Dynacell expands the scope of the FLEXA control eco-system with a unique, ultra-compact and totally versatile range of independent wireless load cell sensors. A new super-stylish ergonomic design is available in two models, 500kg & 5000kg, with perfect repeatability and reliability guarantee.
VERSATILITY AND PRECISION
One component for a limitless range of applications. Precision, hardened eyes enable virtually any type of rigging hardware to be safely connected to create a live load monitoring system. The absolute load accuracy of the sensors refines reading tolerances over any load within ± 1% of current load or ±10 kg (whichever is the greater value)
SMALL IS BEAUTIFUL
All on-board electronics are miniaturized and simply powered by 2 x CR123 batteries. Magnetic on/off switch and hermetic containment for maximum protection from dust and water.
Dynacell has a tool-free battery replacement design compartment and all the safety advantages of the FLEXA Control platform.

The only cell for professional use for loading capacities up to 500kg with the self-weight of a smartphone! A real pocket size cell with a stylish anodized aluminium body, only 25mm thick and 120mm between load centres.
990g FOR LOADS UP TO 5T
This stainless-steel version is designed for loads up to 5t with high level of accuracy. Self-weigh less than 1kg with 120mm between load centres. Capacity is increased without extra dimension, creating a compact, robust, and stylish solution for low- mid level live load monitoring in any environment.

HOW IT WORKS
System designed to measure loads in real time with weight reading every second. Battery-saving smart transmission function, transmitting every second when the load change exceeds a configurable threshold, less often when the load is stable. The distances between the cells and the gateway depend on the environmental conditions (typically up to 700m in line-of-sight).
In case of problems in signal propagation, a repeater can be placed between the cell area and the gateway. The distances between the repeater(s) and the gateway depend on the environmental conditions (typically up to 700m in line-of-sight). Up to 5 repeaters can be managed by a single gateway.
SIGNAL QUALITY AND TRANSMISSION RANGE
Every radio transmission is affected by environmental conditions. The distances calculated in line of sight on an open field are different from the real ones in presence of different obstacles. The graphs below show different ranges based on the environment in which the system operates.
